		<description><![CDATA[Hi Rich, Thanks for your comments.  The source of my article was taken almost directly from an &quot;Ohio Association of Realtors newsletter&quot;.  I think the OAR newsletter could have been wrong.  I will forward the email for you to review.
I&#039;m in the process of re-checking info with the author of the newsletter, Fannie Mae website and some lenders in my area.  I&#039;m hoping to update my blog post by this week.
