A good story on WSYX-ABC 6 – “Six On Your Side” about toxic drywall from China. M/I homes faces a lawsuit for possible toxic drywall. This has the potential to be a HUGE local and nationwide story.
It seems like the story is really flying under the radar. I wonder why this isn’t getting more media/press coverage?
M/I Homes is the largest new home-builder in Central Ohio.

I live in a Covington Louisiana subdivision that has problems post-Katrina/Rita with Chinese drywall. Many of my neighbors have been inspected. Most have the Chinese drywall. A class-action has been filed against the builder and “others” as the drama unfolds. Here we go again.

It will be interesting to watch this unfold.
New construction has taken such a hit in Michigan during the last few years that I don’t know if we will even see the problem up here.
We are helping a buyer with a new condo this week so I’ll probably have a chance to discuss it with the home inspector then.
